A cricket starting point. Room to apply the ideas in your own sport.
The book explores awareness, belief, concentration, goals, habits, reflection and the people around a player. These themes shape the free practices on this website.
The website exercises are adaptations from the book, with new examples for cricket, football and other sports. The exercises are practical adaptations rather than direct quotations. The book explores a wider range of themes and context than a short practice card can hold.
Technical cricket coaching and general mental-skills practice are different offers. These exercises support everyday reflection and preparation; they do not provide counselling or therapy.
