How the enquiry tool works
When you choose Send enquiry, the form sends your name, email address and enquiry details to FormSubmit, which forwards the enquiry to our business email. You remain on this website. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Filling in the form or preparing a preview does not send it.
If you instead email us directly, your email provider handles your message under its own privacy arrangements.
Information we use
When you submit an enquiry or email us, we receive your email address, the information you include and any subsequent correspondence. This may include your name, club or organisation, and the support you are interested in.
Keep an initial enquiry to practical information. Please do not include medical records, identification documents or private information about other players. For a junior player, a parent or carer should make the initial enquiry.
Our website and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as an IP address and connection details.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply and discuss possible support. For business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. Where you ask about a service for yourself, we may use the information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We may also need to use or share relevant information to meet a legal obligation or respond appropriately to a safeguarding concern. Any service requiring additional personal information will need appropriate information-handling arrangements before it begins.
Contacting us does not add you to a mailing list.

Our website and email service providers handle information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell enquiry information.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. Retention depends on the enquiry's status, any agreed service, and relevant legal, accounting or safeguarding requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted securely.

We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to these pages. The enquiry tool keeps its contents in temporary page memory and does not use persistent browser storage. The hosting service may use cookies or similar technology for security and access. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
Service providers
This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, delivered through Cloudflare. Our business email uses Microsoft 365. Form submissions use FormSubmit. These providers process information needed to operate and protect their services. Their processing can involve countries outside the UK under applicable data-protection arrangements. Contact us if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion or restricted use, object to processing, or request a portable copy. These rights are subject to the relevant legal conditions.
